Frank Jennaco is the NCFFL President in addition to being the Head Coach for the College of Staten Island Women's Flag Football Team. Coach Frank enters his third season as Head Coach of the Dolphins. In 2023, Coach Frank helped CSI become the first Collegiate Flag Football Women's Team in New York City. In 2024-25, he guided his Dolphins team to an 8-0 record and the NCFFL National Championship. The Dolphins finished the season ranked #14 nationally (according to WCFFB) and the #1 NCFFL national ranking. Coach Frank has a career record of 11-0 at CSI.

 

Coach Frank also brings over 10 years of Flag Football experience in the Youth Divisions, having started the New York Knights Travel Flag Football Program, as well as the Island Elite Sports Flag Football League. Coach Frank has coached over 250 games at the youth level, with more than 180 wins and 20 championships. During his time coaching at the Youth level, Jennaco's teams have been ranked #1 Nationally twice, and top 5 multiple times in the 14U and 17U divisions.
